Great service from the woman currently managing the front of house. When correcting a little mistake with my delicious cheeseburger, she came back with it better than expected - a simple cheeseburger with perfect crispy shoestring fries followed up by what I thought would be a simple pecan brownie cold (because she said they couldn't heat it up right now), but instead it was a scrumptious warm pecan brownie sundae with of scoop of vanilla Ice cream, whipped cream, and gooey hot fudge. When one has had enough local flavor, doesn't feel like cooking and is thinking of jalapeno poppers and TexMex, the Texas Cafe is as close as Corsica comes to the experience. Good eats in a little oasis / mini-mall of foreign food across the street from a lovely beach.

A great restaurant if you have kids. Good food. Staff are very friendly. We ate there a few times in a week and met different staff each time, each time the staff were very nice. The snack menu is very good too. Very nice terraced area which is covered from the sun.

FANTASTIC. This place has the perfect combination of food, service and ambience. An independent owner, who is clearly passionate about the project, offers brilliant food, really great flavours and combinations. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. And the ambience is excellent. There aren't many places that have "it" - but this one DOES!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TRY THIS.

Been driving by this place for 4 years. Finally stopped in last night. We were able to call ahead for a larger party to reserve a table which was set and ready. Passionate live music was being performed on top of the friendly and fast service. The food was really great. Would definitely return.

Great atmosphere and a fun place to eat. Quite a wide range of food not just Tex Mex. Quality of the food was good and prices reasonable. Quite a wait for our main courses when it became very busy and difficult to order more drinks. Saying that, we had a lovely meal and would recommend.
